In practical terms, it is built to deliver broad, even soft light for film, TV, studio and location work, while giving you fast control over white light and saturated colour. Full Spectrum Output and Precise Colour Control At Sky’s heart is an array of six powerful LED Engines, cooled by a highly efficient and silent heat pipe system. Colour temperature is continuously adjustable from 2,200K to 15,000K with simultaneous adjustment of the green/ magenta axis, helping you match ambient sources or correct for mixed lighting. Hue and saturation controls mean you’re not just limited to white light either, any colour is possible. Wide, Even Coverage in Tight Spaces The Creamsource Sky’s compact design enables it to deliver an incredibly wide and even beam even where studio space is limited. With a 115 degree beam angle, it works well as a soft key, fill, or ambient source, including close-up beauty and pack-shot setups when used with a soft-box. Built for Location, Weather, and Quiet Sets In addition, Creamsource Sky’s IP65 rating means it continues to perform in challenging weather conditions such as rain, storms or even where there is too much dust, making it a strong choice for exterior shoots and wet effects. Passive cooling keeps operation silent, which is especially useful on dialogue stages and sound-sensitive environments, and it supports high-speed flicker-free cinematography for action and special effects filming.
