A dual road case is included with a purchase of 2 units.  Built for professional stage and event lighting, the Clay Paky Scenius Spot is an advanced moving head spot designed for high-output projection, clean gobo imaging, and flexible beam shaping. Its 1400W OSRAM discharge lamp is engineered to deliver higher light output than previous generation 1500W lamps, making it a practical choice for venues that need strong presence on stage without sacrificing optical control. Output, Zoom, and Focus Control Scenius features an 8°-50° zoom for tight aerial beams through wide coverage washes, so one fixture can handle both long-throw looks and broader stage coverage. A modern focus tracking system concentrates maximum luminous efficiency precisely on the effect you wish to project, helping maintain sharpness and consistency as you change zoom or effects. Focus may be set to be fully automatic, which is useful when programming fast cue stacks or running repeatable looks show to show. Color and Beam Effects The fixture produces a 6500 K output color temperature that does not vary over time; also, Scenius can count on a very high CRI, which is extremely unusual for a metal halide light source. Color flexibility comes from a CMY mixing system, a 7-color wheel, and a linear CTO filter, allowing everything from saturated accents to subtle pastel tones and warmer tungsten-style looks. Gobos, Prisms, and Texture Tools For mid-air and projection effects, Scenius includes 2 wheels with 6+6 rotating gobos, a rotating prism, and an interchangeable graphics wheel. Beam shaping and finishing tools include a 16-blade fast iris, variable “soft edge” frost, and variable flood frost, making it easy to move between crisp textured projection and softened, blended looks within a single cue list. Control and Touring Readiness The dimmer is very precise from 0-100%, and the fixture supports fast stop/strobe effects for rhythmic hits and transitions. Scenius can be run at 1400W or 1200W for additional flexibility, and it supports Art-Net and RDM for streamlined integration into modern lighting networks and remote addressing.
