Intended for permanent installation in large-scale venues such as concert halls, auditoriums or stadiums. It features 3 horn-loaded 12in woofers to provide maximum long-distance impact over 45 to 300 Hz. This particular speaker was purchased for a 78,000 seat stadium at a Big Ten school; however, due to a last-minute design change it was never installed. It is currently in storage with more than a dozen other EAW stadium speakers of the KF900-series. They are all in PERFECT working order, never used or damaged in any way, but we are anxious to sell them to free up much-needed storage space.
Also, please note, this speaker (along with the rest of the speakers intended for this system) has been WEATHER-PROOFED. It has a durable fiberglass shell designed to protect it for extended outdoor applications, though it can be used indoors as well.
