The Lightning display helps operators quickly set up color difference component recorders using the standard color bar test signal. Using the Diamond display, color graphics operators can easily determine whether creative effects are reproducible in legal RGB color space, and will be warned that values outside the diamonds may cause Recording, transmission or reproduction errors.
