Strobe Lights

Strobe lights, often simply called strobes, are a special kind of lighting fixture which is able to deliver flashes of light. Anyone who has experienced the effect of strobe lights will testify to its unusual effects – the eye registers it as if someone is turning the lights on and off in rapid succession, causing the light to flicker on and off and tricking the eye into thing the object or person it is focusing on is moving in slow motion.
