Line array sub woofers have become the speaker of choice for both large concert venues and outdoor events, not to mention public announcement systems, thanks to their practicality and high quality sound output, which is considered to be superior conventional speakers. Two kinds of line array subs are used the most common are vertical line array subs, which produce superior sound output as they create a 3dB drop-off with vast horizontal projection, yet very little vertical diffusion.
