The Essentials
- Who Can Sell on Solaris?
For the most part Solaris only works with medium to large reputable production companies and sellers. New sellers are required to prove reputation with 3 or more industry references (preferably as a dealership through a manufacturer). If you do not have references or are a small company or individual and want to sell your equipment on our site you are welcome to do so. In this case, at the time of a sale you are required to ship your equipment before you receive payment. Once the equipment arrives to the customer, as advertised, you will receive your funds promptly.
- Shipping Pallets
Pretty much all products must ship on a pallet, wrapped and strapped if possible, and within flight cases or factory cardboard boxes. If the item is durable then it should be fine shipping without a pallet, but in its factory cardboard box or flight case and using a courier such as UPS / FedEx or DHL.
- Flight Cases or Factory Cardboard Box
Everything must ship within either:
- Original factory cardboard box with molded foam.
- Professionally packaged (such as injection mold packaging).
- Factory or Custom Flight Case.
- Shipping Insurance
If you arranging shipping, you must include shipping insurance.
This is absolutely essential.
- Communication
You must be able to respond to our inquiries / communications in a timely manner. If you are unable to provide consistent communication with us, then unfortunately we will be unable to help you sell your equipment.
- Keeping Your Listings Up to Date
Please try to keep your listings updated at least once a month. If you do not log in or contact us with reasonably regular updates on your equipment then there is a chance your account will get automatically deactivated due to in activity.
